The PBSA is an accrediting association of Consumer Reporting Agencies which manage background screening under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) which regulates this industry, especially related to employment related screening and onboarding. Any reputable background check or CRA organization will be accredited by PBSA.Â
