Join us to learn more about abuse prevention and child & youth protection. The biblical truth that every person is created in the image of God informs our commitment to child protection. As a matter of Great Commission significance and biblical stewardship, child protection should be of the utmost importance to church and ministry leaders. It is our goal to come alongside Christian ministries in enacting effective child protection programs so that they may foster safe environments for children and youth in their care to hear the gospel, grow in their knowledge of Christ, and develop their character. 

At this child protection workshop you will learn the basics of child protection, tap into helpful resources and find out how ECAP can come alongside your ministry to help you protect the least of these.

Objectives:

• Raise awareness for the importance of abuse prevention and child protection 
• Provide ministry leaders with resources to assist them in prevention 
• Connect with like-minded churches and ministries that value child safety

Presenters: 

Jeff Dalrymple is an organizational leader whose leadership experience includes roles in public safety, higher education, non-governmental organizations, and parachurch ministry. Jeff served as a vice president at Southern Seminary in Louisville from 2008-2016. He is an elder at Sunrise Community Church (EFCA) and owner of Lumino Global Consulting and Coaching. In addition to implementing child protection programs at several ministries, his experience includes team building, development/fundraising, hospitality, international relations, strategic planning, and revitalization. Jeff enjoys reading, exploring, and spending time with his wife Kristil and kid.
