Leann Benson
Leann Benson is the Partner Relationship Manager for Protect My Ministry. She has had the unique perspective of working individually with churches and now works with larger relationships and partnerships to bring more resources and value to the individual church. Leann graduated with a criminal justice degree. She spent the beginning of her career in social work helping at risk youth and their families. This background has brought her to use these skills and gifts in the ministry setting through Protect My Ministry. Moving from reactive care to proactive is what brought Leann to the protection side to help educate and bring child protection a step further in the church body.
Leann is passionate about connection and bringing people together for the larger good. She lives in Tampa, Florida with her husband, 2 stepsons, dog, and cat (which are treated as part of the family). She is very active in her congregation which serves the body worldwide and she travels regularly to meet and connect with others from other parts of the world. Most days, you can find Leann outside walking her dog, talking to her neighbors, and trying to make people laugh by the use of puns.
