Food/Beverage industries. He spent 25 years in a Fortune 600 company building,
restructuring, and managing global manufacturing and technology businesses
across 5 continents. Today, Brad leads the overall HR business strategy and
technology development as CEO for C4 HR Solutions.
Toni Richins is a
seasoned CHRO with over 30 years of human resources experience across multiple
industries specializing in HR systems, organizational design, employment law,
compliance, and supporting businesses through transformative growth (Angie’s
List and Lids). Toni has spent the better part of her career as a leader in the
Software/Tech Industry and was recently recognized in 2022 as one of the Top 20
Female CEO’s. Today, Toni serves as Co-Founder and Chief HR Officer for C4 HR
Solutions.
