DESCRIPTION:This event has been rescheduled to Oct. 15 and will NO LONGER be held on the originally scheduled date of Oct. 3.  \n\n\n\nJoin us to learn more about abuse and child protection for ministry leaders. We believe that child protection is important for ministry leaders because every person is created in the image of God. Furthermore\, we believe that child protection is a matter of Great Commission significance and biblical stewardship. \n\n\n\nAt this child protection workshop you will learn the basics of child protection\, tap into helpful resources and find out how ECAP can come alongside your ministry to help you protect the least of these. \n\n\n\nObjectives: \n\n\n\n\nRaise awareness for the importance of abuse prevention and child protection \n\n\n\nProvide ministry leaders with resources to assist them in prevention \n\n\n\nConnect with area churches and ministries that value child safety\n\n\n\n\nThis event is $25 for ECAP Members and $35 for non members. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThank you to our sponsor:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPresenters:  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJeff Dalrymple is an organizational leader whose leadership experience includes roles in public safety\, higher education\, non-governmental organizations\, and parachurch ministry. Jeff served as a vice president at Southern Seminary in Louisville from 2008-2016. He is an elder at Sunrise Community Church (EFCA) and owner of Lumino Global Consulting and Coaching. In addition to implementing child protection programs at several ministries\, his experience includes team building\, development/fundraising\, hospitality\, international relations\, strategic planning\, and revitalization. Jeff enjoys reading\, exploring\, and spending time with his wife Kristil and kids.
